Becky Johnson, 55, a local radio personal elected herself as the "Flower Lady" of Whitesburg. Johnson keeps the flower pots around the city clean and weed free. Johnson keeps 27 flower pots tidy and clean.
Luna Combs, 8, of Whitesburg, Ky, plays in the warm weather outside her father's shop.
Rick Adams, 47, of Whitesburg, Ky, is a local Harley rider. He has been riding since 2006.
